1. What products do you offer?
We sell luxury mink lashes, lip gloss, lip liners, lip oils, and stylish bonnets – all designed to give you that Pretty Gurl glow.
2. Are your lashes reusable?
Yes! Our mink lashes are reusable up to 25+ times with proper care. Gently remove glue buildup after each use and store them in their original case.
3. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. All of our products are cruelty-free and made with love!
4. How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days.
Shipping takes 3–5 business days (U.S. only).
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
5. Do you offer local pickup?
Currently, we do offer local pickup. Some orders are shipped directly to your address.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders immediately, so unfortunately we do not accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your items before purchasing.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
8. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. Pretty Gurl Minks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help you file a claim if needed.
